Interior video tours are how prospects decide whether to schedule an in-person visit — or to lease sight-unseen. For a multifamily community, the walkthrough is the moment a leasing pitch becomes a tangible experience: how the kitchen lays out, how the natural light hits in the afternoon, how the amenity deck actually feels at full scale.

Our interior video work is built around two complementary deliverables. The first is the cinematic walkthrough itself — a gimbal-stabilized tour of your model units, amenity spaces (pool, fitness, lounges, coworking, pet relief, parcel rooms), and common areas, captured with cinema-grade glass and color-graded for a polished, magazine-quality look. The second is the custom graphics layer: animated property logos, branded taglines, pricing and availability callouts, neighborhood location pinpoints, and floor plan overlays that drop directly into the video timeline.

The graphics layer is what turns a walkthrough into a complete marketing asset. Instead of asking prospects to mentally connect a floor plan PDF to the video they just watched, we overlay the floor plan on screen as the camera moves through each space. Instead of voiceover narration that ages quickly, we use animated typography to highlight amenities, lifestyle messaging, and key pricing tiers — content that can be re-edited as your lease-up rolls forward.

Every interior tour is scoped around how you will deploy it. ILS placements typically benefit from a 60–90 second flagship cut. Property websites get a longer 2–3 minute hero piece. Email campaigns and social run on 15–30 second clips. We deliver all cuts in one engagement, formatted and compressed correctly for each destination.

Practical scope: a typical interior shoot covers one to two model units, the leasing center, three to five amenity spaces, and the major common areas — completed in one to two on-site days. We coordinate staging, lighting, and access ahead of time so model units are camera-ready on arrival. Final delivery includes the full edit package plus all raw, color-graded clips for your future use.

How many model units and amenity spaces can you cover in one shoot day?
A typical day covers one or two model units, the leasing office, and three to five amenity spaces (pool deck, fitness, lounges, coworking, pet area). Larger lifestyle communities with extensive amenity programs may need a second day. We confirm scope after reviewing your floor plan and amenity inventory.
Do you handle staging for the interior shoot?
We coordinate with your team on lighting, decluttering, and on-camera staging — but a fully staged, dressed model unit produces materially better results than an empty one. We can recommend trusted staging partners if needed and provide a pre-shoot checklist so your model is camera-ready on arrival.
Can we add custom motion graphics like our logo and pricing callouts?
Yes. Animated property logos, branded taglines, neighborhood location pinpoints, pricing tiers, and floor plan overlays are standard add-ons. We work from your existing brand assets (logos, fonts, color palette) so the video feels like a native extension of your marketing.
Can the video be re-edited later as our lease-up progresses?
Yes — we retain project files for an extended window after delivery and can update pricing, availability messaging, and callout content for a small revision fee. This is especially useful for lease-ups that run six to twelve months.
What format do you deliver in for ILS platforms and our property website?
We deliver multiple cuts in formats and compression sized for each destination: long-form hero (1080p or 4K), ILS-friendly 30–60 second cut, vertical 9:16 and square 1:1 social cuts, and a silent web loop. All ship organized in a single shared folder ready to hand off to your web team.
How quickly can you deliver if we are in an active lease-up?
Standard turnaround is approximately two weeks from shoot day. Rush turnaround (one week) is available for active lease-ups. Let us know your campaign timeline at booking so we can plan capture and edit accordingly.
