A typical bundled shoot covering aerial, an interior walkthrough, and the photography library runs one to two on-site days depending on community size and amenity inventory. We confirm scope after reviewing your site plan and floor plans, and coordinate access and staging ahead of time so every space is camera-ready on arrival.

We coordinate written authorization with the property before flying. For FAA-controlled airspace (most major metros), we file LAANC authorization. All pilots are Part 107 certified and carry commercial liability insurance, and we are pre-approved on Compliance Depot, RMIS, NetVendor, and Vendor Cafe, which makes onboarding fast for your procurement team.

We are headquartered in Delray Beach, FL, and we work nationwide. Recent projects include lease-ups in Chicago, Miami, Gainesville, and across the South Florida tri-county area. Travel is built into the project quote.

Approximately two weeks for the full edit package across video, photography, and virtual tour deliverables. Rush turnaround (5 to 7 business days) is available for active lease-ups with hard deadlines. Let us know at booking so we can plan capture and edit accordingly.

Yes. Every deliverable is sized and formatted for the destination: long-form for your hero, 30 to 60 second cuts for ILS placement, vertical 9:16 and square 1:1 for social, web-optimized stills, and embeddable virtual tour links. You receive perpetual marketing use rights for the property covered.

Pricing depends on scope (which services), property size, and travel.
