How many models does a typical apartment community shoot use?
Most communities are well covered with two to four models across the key amenity scenes (pool, fitness, coworking, and social spaces). Larger lifestyle communities or campaigns with extensive social deliverables may cast more. We scope the count to your shot list so you are never paying for talent that does not appear in a deliverable.
Do you handle the casting process or do we need to find talent?
We handle it end-to-end: sourcing from our talent network, booking, wardrobe coordination, releases, and day-of scheduling. Your team approves the casting selections and the scene plan. That is the entire lift on your side.
Are model releases and usage rights included?
Yes. Every model signs a release granting perpetual marketing-use rights for the property covered in the engagement, spanning website, ILS listings, social, paid media, and print. You receive copies of all releases with your final deliverables.
Does adding talent change the shoot schedule?
Talent scenes are planned into the same on-site window as your video and photography coverage, sequenced around natural light in each space. A typical community adds two to four hours of scene time. We confirm the schedule in the pre-shoot scene plan.
Can you match our brand guidelines for casting and wardrobe?
